Services

Residents are offered delicious meals served in a restaurant-style dining room, daily housekeeping and weekly laundry service, social, recreational and wellness activities, 24-hour on-site licensed personal care services, transportation to local doctor appointments and more. Specialty services are offered separately for residents with Alzheimer’s. Respite stays are also available on a short-term basis.

Programs and Social Activities

The Colony Club offers a dynamic program of social, cultural, wellness and spiritual activities that allow residents to enjoy the company of new friends while pursuing their personal interests. Staff includes residents in planning to accommodate varied hobbies and special areas of interest. A typical monthly calendar includes, but is not limited to:

• Holiday and Birthday celebrations

• Wellness exercise classes

• Current event discussion groups

• Health seminars

• Spiritual programs, including religious services

• Intergenerational programs with local schools

• Musical entertainment

• Movies

• Crafts, painting and gardening

• Card games

• Regularly scheduled social outings to restaurants and more!!

Rental Rates

The Colony Club is a rental community, not a buy-in community. Residents sign a lease and are obligated to pay their rent on a monthly basis. Rental rates are based on level of care (Assisted Living Level I, II, III; Alzheimer’s Care) and type of accommodation (Private, Semi-Private).
