Residential Features
 The
Colony Club has a variety of comfortable community rooms that enhance
opportunities to join group activities, visit with family and friends,
enjoy a good meal, or simply read the newspaper and sip a cup of
tea. Our residence features a main dining room, spacious activity
room, theatre room with big screen TV, library, beauty/barber salon
and several small sitting areas. The outdoor patio allows residents
to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine.
Accomodations
 Residents
live in spacious private or semi-private accommodations. Studios
and suites are furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser, chair,
night table, closets, window treatments and wall-to-wall carpeting.
Suites have an additional living room with a sofa, chair and end
tables. All accommodations are equipped with full private bathrooms
featuring walk-in showers with safety grab bars, built-in seats
and detachable shower heads. For the comfort and safety of residents,
each room has individually controlled thermostats and a 24-hour
emergency response system. Residents are encouraged to bring cherished
belongings.
